  1. Sign up using the link below
  2. Follow the instructions to Log in
  3. Download/print your free map and clues
  4. Get walking and hunting for clues
  5. Record your answers to our quiz as you follow the route
  6. Log in and submit your answers
  7. Print off your Thames Explorer Challenge certificate
  8. Sit back and think what an amazing river the Thames is and how much fitter you are
